2. Recipe Cost Calculator

   2013+

   The best recipe costing and inventory management for small to medium food businesses.

   Began building Recipe Cost Calculator in 2012 while my wife and I were running a wholesale bakery together. I couldn't find software that I liked, so we developed our own in-house tools that I began to offer to other food businesses in 2013.
3. Kitchening & Co.

   2010-2021

   My wife Carly and I co-founded Kitchening & Co., a wholesale bakery in Langley, BC where we grew the business for about 10 years before selling it to our wonderful production manager.
4. Charitable Impact

   2008-2015

   Was the first software engineer hired to build Charitable Impact where I worked closely with the founder and product manager over the course of 7 years. I built their accounting system, tax receipting systems, compliance reporting, infrastructure and more. Charitable Impact to date has receipted over $1.6 billion dollars in donations from over 200,000 people.
5. All The Things

   1999+

   The laundry list of software I've built professionally since 1999 is long enough that I've forgotten most of it. I spent time working across almost a dozen industries including education, tourism, gambling 🫣, finance, charity, manufacturing, airline scheduling, other scheduling, and accounting.
